FROM THE LIBRARY
Please remember to return all Library/text books ASAP. Please have your children go through their rooms and closets if you have received notice of an overdue book.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our families for supporting our school library this year.

NEW REGISTRATIONS
Registrations for Kindergarten, both Junior and Senior, as well as all new families moving into our area will be ongoing until the end of the year.  Registration packages are available at the school office.  Please ensure that you have the following documentation for registration as we cannot register your child without these items:  Child’s Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and Immunization Records as well as a copy of a parent Catholic Baptism Certificate.  If you have any questions please contact Mrs McVeigh at the school office 737-2812.

If you will be moving out of our area for September 2018 it would be much appreciated if you would contact the school office.  This will help with class organization for next year.

STUDENT AGENDAS
Student agendas have been ordered for students in Grades 1 - 8 for the 2018-19 school year. These agendas are used as a daily tool to help students organize their school responsibilities and maintain ongoing communication between home and school. We will be asking each student in grades 1 - 8 for $5.00 in September to cover the cost.

STUDENT MEDICATION
If your children have medication kept in the Health Room, please make arrangements to pick it up on the last day of school. In September, new forms will need to be filled out and returned in order to continue daily administration of medication by school staff.

STUDENT SUPPLIES FOR NEXT YEAR:
We are asking that your child please bring some materials with them in September.  These are essential materials that your child will use in the classroom.  We also discourage any sharing of these materials.  A list of needed supplies will be enclosed with the final report card.  It is our hope that providing these lists to you prior to summer holidays will help you during your “back to school” shopping.  Thank you for your support.

Note:  A French/English dictionary is highly recommended for all students in Gr. 5-8 as well as a pocket folder for all students for French.

** Please use only the Monsignor Clair supply list and not the department store created lists. **

LOST & FOUND

Lost and found items will be on display beginning Friday, June 22, until Wednesday, June 27 in the front foyer of the school.  Please come in and take a look.  As well please remind you children to take a look.
Thank you for your cooperation.
