CHRISTMAS FAMILY NIGHT 2018

Hello Everyone:
Monsignor Clair School Council is organizing a Christmas Family Night
on Thursday, November 29th from 6-7:30pm.
To make this a success for our children and our community we need your help.
Bakers:
There will be a bake sale with all proceeds going to Christmas Cheer.
** If you could bring anything from a dozen to 12 dozen cookies, cupcakes, gingersnaps, or anything to help fill the table would be great.**
Time:
We need volunteers to help in many activities in different classrooms that evening.
**Just 1 hour from 5:30 to 6:30pm or 6:30 to 7:30pm that night.**
(Or your high school student can also be “voluntold” and we will sign off for hours)
Need help at the bake table, photo booth, face painting, craft room, movie room, and bingo.
Input:
Any suggestions of how you would like to contribute would be welcome and will make the evening even better!
Together, this evening brings us together as a school, but we will be giving to our community as well!
** We will have a food drive for the entry fee for the evening.
** There will be the warm clothing collection that will be donated to the Busby Centre’s new campaign “Make Room at 88”.
** And all proceeds collected that night will be donated to Christmas Cheer.
Please help us with our Christmas Family Night so it can be even merrier because of You!
